PLUVIO Dripping Hose

"PLUVIO" is a dripping system manufactured with a thin, flexible pipe, with fast water jets dripping devices inside, put at prearranged distances (from cm 15, 20 up to cm 150).
It is made of polyethylene of very good quality, which guarantees maximum long-term dependability and the best performance as regards mechanical and tensile strength.
The dripping device, ATP patented, is inserted during extrusion in order to make it tie up very well to the inside of the pipe.Its internal air spaces slow water pressure down and are designed to be large in order to avoid occlusions and deposit. Moreover, this structure reduces water losses and make it possible to install long-distance systems with regular capacity.
The "PLUVIO" Dripping Hose is a reliable and convenient solution for drip irrigation systems applied to any kind of cultivation, intensive irrigation of open fields as well as horticultural and arboreal cultivation, flower growing and gardening.
The "Pluvio" dripping hose and its dripping device allow to programme the quantity of water necessary and reduce labour costs, with a subsequent rise in quantity and quality of harvests.
Available versions

The "PLUVIO" Dripping Hose is available of mm 16 and mm 22 diameters and of different thicknesses: mm 6, 8, 10, 12, 15, 18.
Spacing between dripping devices are available of cm 10 up to cm 150.
Such a wide range of thicknesses and spacing has been designed to satisfy different demands of irrigation, for one season as well as long-term irrigation systems.

A.T.P. - Dripping Pipe

The "ATP dripping pipe" is a cylindrical pipe, in polyethylene of very good quality, with dripping devices, put in the pipe at prearranged distances, which spurt fast jets of water.
The "ATP dripping device" is the result of years of experience and testing in this field.
It is composed of large-section holes which, thanks to fast water jets, reduce the risk of occlusion, obstruction and sedimentation, due to fertilizers, of the dripping device's air spaces.The "ATP dripping device" is symmetrical, patented and designed to fit in the pipe and to prevent it from coming off and breaking.
These specific characteristics make the "ATP dripping pipe" resistant to friction, crushing and mechanical stress when installed.
Pressure losses are reduced thanks to the smoothness and thickness of its partition; moreover the dripping device is easy to clean and that makes it suitable for long-distance use.
Available versions
The "ATP dripping pipe" is available in two different diameters: mm 16 and mm 20, with spacing between the holes of dripping devices from cm 20, cm 30, cm 40 up to cm 150. The dripping devices capacity goes from 2 l/h up to 4 l/h.
For both diameters and for each spacing the models available are:
• NORMAL with 3 holes for water jets;
• DOUBLE with 6 holes for water jets.
The DOUBLE version, with 6 holes, permits the irrigation of wider areas and reduces percolation, especially on sandy grounds.

A.T.P. - PC-DRIP Dripping Pipe

The "PC-DRIP ATP" is a drip irrigation system which consists of a cylindrical pipe, in polyethylene of very good quality, with fast water jets self-compensating dripping devices put in the pipe at prearranged distances.
The "PC-DRIP ATP dripping device" is self-compensating and reliable thanks to its sturdiness. The pressure of water jets is regular thanks to the dynamic change of the labyrinth put inside the pipe.
The innovative dripping device by regulating the water jets, allows the restriction of the flow. Its specific structure reduces the risk of obstruction, due to deposit, which might block water flow: indeed, the compensating system always keeps the labyrinth's cross-sections at 1,0 mm 2 (about 50 times more than other dripping devices on the market).
A further advantage of the "PC-DRIP ATP" is given by the fact that the first part of the labyrinth is very short and does not require high starting pressure to operate: this reduces operating costs, without requiring high pressure/volume pumping structures.

The "PC-DRIP ATP dripping pipe" is available of mm 16 diameter, with spacing between holes from cm 20 up to cm 150 and with 2 l/h and 4 l/h nominal capacity dripping devices. For each spacing the models available are:
• PCDRIP NORMAL with 3 holes for water jets.
